Muay Thai in Ban Chang area

I can't be bothered to drive to Pattaya or Rayong a few times a week so does anybody know of anywhere within about 20kms of Ban Chang that has a muay thai place where I can do some training a couple of times a week.

I am virtually a complete beginner but do not mind Thai language only places as I have a smattering of Thai and I am sure it isn't too difficult to learn the words for punch, kick, etc.

Answers on a postcard to the usual address please.

Naroenchula (sp?) Spa & Fitness (at the top of the bar / pub "Strip" road) has Muay Thai classes. The trainer is pretty good too.
They can do classes or personal training by appointment. Little expensive though at 650/hour.
There is a small hardcore Muay Thai gym down the road from my office just outside Banchang. I know the trainer there. He normally charges around 300-400/hour (personal training), maybe less if you do 2 times / week. Drop me a PM if you want his contact details. (He speaks some basic English). Cheers.

    Hi,

I know this is an old post but I would love to get the contact info to the trainer in Bang Chan that was mentioned in this reply. I tried to PM you, Kmart, but wasnīt able too since I obviously neede 20 posts on this forum before being able to send messages. Didnīt want to troll 20 posts just to get this info so I bump this thread and hope somebody will notice it Moving to Rayong area in the beginning of october and could do with some activity, BKK doesnīt allow a healthy lifestyle.

    Hoping someone can see this!

    Hi,
I googled "Muay Thai Ban Chang" and found this forum, so I registed for asking for contact information of this hardcore-muay-thai gym in Ban Chang.

Me and my wife will stay at my sister in laws house for a few weeks, which is situated right between Sattahip and Ban Chang, so driving to Pattaya for training is not desirable.

Which cardinal of the town is it by the way?

    Thanks in advance
