Ive heard all the stories about Crazy Daves
Went out of my way a couple times to find the place to give his Shepherd's Pie a try ... left disappointed both times. To be honest though it didn't strike me as a place that was looking to brag about it's dinner fare. More like a place for mates to meet for some beers and watch tosspot English telly ...

I have never started and finished in 1 bar but always have a planed start bar and a cloudy idea of a finishing bar.
Katseriee bar cheap pre primer start bar but usually over crowded with loud knobhead pohms.

i prefer drinking at home but a few pints in one of the irish/brit bars around sukhumvit are OK. maybe i don't give off very good vibes so i never talk to anyone there.

normally go for the food (been dreaming of the londoners kebab lately). but it's not nice enough to go regularly, plus it'd make me skint. i do miss having a 'regular' pub like in the UK though.
I'd like to see what morning looks like
Don't wanna drink pint after pint
I wanna wake up without feeling sick
    But I can't cuz I'm a drug-abusing alcoholic

Had a few friends celebrating there Anniversary at " The Hard Rock Cafe" ,they where staying there and invited me down to kick off the happy hour at 5.00PM

Must add I have not been to The Hard Rock for 20 odd years.

Anyway rocked on down and must say it was a blinder of a night, the Band was incredible and ended up dropping $140 bucks over the bar and crawling home at 2.00AM totally out of it, been fuked ever since.

The big thing I noticed that there was very few Farang and it was rammed full of visiting off Island locals cashed up.

A big surprise it was. I never go to these places but had a brilliant night, I think that was because there where no Poms there.

I like the bars that cover all their bases and just stick up a string line with every single countries flag.

Yeah, I would. Firstly, it's about the beer. I love wheat beer. The Germans, Belgians, Irish, British, Nigerians and Ozzies all make beer. Secondly, it's about atmosphere: I love sports TV but without a minimally decent sound system and DJ, who the fuk wants to watch football or Australian Rules? (I do except rugby; they seem to like beer). Fuck, with a good sound system and DJ, I prefer to watch women's tennis.

im wondering how locals can make it to the hard rock cafes - they are really full of them - as they are the most expensive places around...

Love Thai theme, slow service, long menu of "no have" little wooden table to bump into when returning from the pigsty bogs.

Retired bar girls topping up luke warm Leo into chipped Heineken mugs and spicy snacks,Gekkos shitting in the peanuts from the ceiling,Loud cops singing along to theKaraoke with highlights of Indie car racing oon the box

    Paradise

Reassuring to learn no chance of seeing Withballs in a Frnch bar also know as a Restaurant to see someone so well turned out would ruin the casual dining ambience

It's about wretched people, wearing shorts, and holding the same can of beer in their hands from 9.00 am to 11.00 pm in an effort to convey the appearance of a lifetime of hardened drinking. It used to involve watching sport on TV too but since Australians lose at everything these days this no longer happens.

The Anzac Bar in Pattaya was shut down and turned into a gay go-go bar and most would agree that this was an improvement.

When you are in Pattaya do you want to go into these kind of bars or do you want to forget about home and anything that reminds you.
Being a Brit im ashamed to say Crazy Dave's breakfast sets me up for the day.
Pattaya has a lot of themed pubs (obviously) and that is a part of Patters.

I don't care about the theme: I care about the location for people watching, prices and at times, the music, if I'm in the mood for music. And of course, cute staff to chat with is a part of it to.

I still have a couple of favorite pubs in Pattaya. But I haven't been to Patters in about 2 years and 3-4 months.

Had a couple in the Walkabout Creek Pub last night.
    1. decent priced beers - Check.
    2. good aussie rock playing - Check.
    3. Roast Lamb and gravy roll absolutely lush - check.

And to top the night off the owner placing one on the chin of a cnut customer who bluntly refused to pay his bin (he only had one beer) then though it wise to get a bit hands on (not in a friendly titty grope way) with one of the girls.
