Had to drop a chickalick to CMU, so decided to keep on going.
Up, up and away.
Not sure if the Ninja 400 was made for this road, or if this road was made for the Ninja 400.
*groan*

Wow! Serious twisties there.
Accompanying pics, hopefully?
Cheers, Lu!!!
Standard police road block just after Maya.
Flash o' the 5 year license and off ya go nae bother.
Fortunately they're not fining people for overly loud, fake Akrapovic exhausts.
CMU is always nice.
Don't forget yer 3 beeps.
It's safe to overtake round blind bends after doing that.
Or splash the cash on some of the good stuff if you want to safely drive the entire way up on the wrong side of the road.
First viewpoint.
A tad hazy at 11am over looking the Rose of the North.
I like this viewpoint as you can see planes taking off, and they're below you for about a minute after take off. Which is kinda cool.
Be at one with the twisties, brother.
Wee waterfall break.
The infamous Doi Suthep.
This is where ya stop off when ya've got a chick with ya.
Or if you just want to buy overpriced crap or be killed by a reversing Songteow.
Onwards and upwards.
Past Phuping Palace.
Got a really big extensive garden and flower center in there, if yer with a chick that likes flowers and you wanna get into her drawers.
The road does thin out a bit.
Oh go on then. Make it a quick one.
Coming into Doi Pui. *titter*
I hope Miss CMU is better at deep cleaning motorbikes than Miss Pomeranian, Main Mrs, and The Sproglette.
Cute school.
Mr. Crossbow was away, so I couldn't showcase my skills by somehow shooting meself in the neck with it.
Not much happening on the chick side of things.
So buggered off to the museum.
I've been in better museums, I'll be honest.
Trust me to have me Brithday on a fookin' Sundat.
Might as well av a coffee then.
(stunted thumb, dwarf hand alert)
Not a bad place to av a coffee, really.
Heading back and looking over Doi Suthep and Chiang Mai.
And back to have the World's Worst Khao Soi.
Cringy Cargo shorts n' dwarf legs alert.
Not a bad place, Chiang Mai.
Yeah, I've gone through maybe 4 or 5 roadstops and always been waved off after showing my license. Which I'm quite relieved about as a few years ago they'd fine you for an aftermarket exhaust. Gonna be a pain in the brain if they start doing that again.
Good thread, nice pictures.
Could've done without the semi, but...
^ You didn't see the boat race on Miss Loi Kroh 2019 in the 85-90 age category.
Same. I roll up idling and flip visor and they usually wave me on. One time they started to bust my chops on exhaust then saw my GoPro running, smiled and let me on my way. That rear modified plate deal is a 500bht fine if they press it. I did a different set up so plate is tucked up but visible.
Btw love'en that red exhaust hangar mod. I fab'd up a SST one and used rear brake holder bracket. I will post a pic. Is your can a slip on or an entire exhaust?
Lu, ballpark how much for the Z if you don't mind me asking? piqued my interest in a small scratcher
