Nice one, Bazzer. Are you full-time in Asia now? If so, keep the lube on ice...

I've not done anything noteworthy on the bike for a while.

Cycled across the South Downs Way late last summer - 100 miles of undulating off-road riding.

I will run it this spring.

    Top stuff bazza.

I am 49 but was half that age when I did my long distance stuff. Although I did the Great Ocean Road 10 years ago.

I would have been 72kg when I was 24 so I was down to 64kg after losing 8.

These days I am usually 77 but 74 now after a few weeks hiking in the Tasmanian national parks.

It sure feels good to burn off energy doing something you love.

Cycling 200kms Barry... what distance would you equate that to running?

This thread's already given me the inspiration to get off my arse and get fit for the first time in 30 years

Weighed myself today at 94kg. Just made myself a running track around the pool and through the house and have took the first step on the ladder of my couch potato to 5k app and im feeling great.

Thinkin of gettin a nice lightweight road bike now, although the drains, dogs and drivers do scare the shit outta me

Brilliant kit for hopping on and off the BTS or MRT. Or leisurely riding around Lumpini park

I took mine of a big trip through Holland, Belgium, France.

Carried a full camping kit in the little trailer.

Followed the Canal du Midi to Sete. Then hopped a TGV from Avignon to Brussels and rode to Amsterdam.
