I had mixed feelings about going here on whether it was going to be cruel and horrible … within minutes I was presented with a baby crocodile with its mouth sellotaped shut. cheers

Croc show was boring

Elephant show was boring

Tiger show seemed cruel but it was interesting to see how intelligent they can be. The hordes of Chinese and Indian tourists seemed to love it though.

Highlight was getting to spend 15 minutes playing with 2 tiger cubs. You have to pay 700baht pp extra for that.
Goats were funny
Bunnys were cute
I was the only person interested in taking a photo of the camel for some reason

I've got no plans to visit, but nice to see what I'm missing out on.

Good photos. Horrible place. Animal Auschwitz, tbh.

I guess they breed the bunnies and goats to feed the tigers and crocodiles

I once had a rhesus monkey in vientiane that my wife bought of a guy selling him at a traffic light for 1500 baht she knew i liked monkeys so impulsively bought him. Me and that monkey quickly bonded and became best mates. Built the fooker a gigantic cage and used to take him out to bars for a wee drink on the weekend He couldnt handle the piss though and became aggressive with anyone but me. ( he was a 1 owner kinda monkey) monkeys are cute and fun and this guy had beeen raised by humans since he was of the tit so theres no way to put him back to the wild. You can never domesticate them they are a wild animal. I feel a bit of a coont for having one as a pet but if it wasnt me. Then he would likely be be monkey laarp. He was quite a hooligan with a few small snorts of beerlao and ended up being barred from a few pubs.

I had an encounter with an aggressive pregnant feline recently.

Tried to stroke her and she bit my hand.... Little shit.

When I went their last the tigers looked quite thin. It is a real shame animals have to live like that. The croc show would be cool if it's jaws came down on a worker. How about when the male tigers pee on a tourist also good. A few years back I read about a Thai lady that offed herself by jumping into the croc area that would definitely not be good to see.
