    Family skiing holiday in Korea?

Planning a holiday for December this year and considering going for a week in Korea.

The main reason is to introduce the kids to snow. How is the skiiing in Korea? Nothing too hectic, we are all beginners.

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers

Another reason for the trip to Korea is to buy one of those fancy electronic bidets, or maybe just steal one from the hotel

    Korea is a good option.

Stay in Seoul, there is free buses up to the resorts each day. - skiing is relatively easy slopes, nothing crazy or too big. Then you can do a few other things too aroudn Seoul

If you are up for some adventure, you could also try India.

I have been to India a few times (not skiiing though) and although I enjoyed it I don't really want to inflict it on my young family

Interesting, but I thought the resorts were quite a distance from Seoul?

Those bidets do keep your butt really warm. Read the instructions before you steal one..you could get a surprise water tickle if you press the wrong button.

Korea has quite a few skihills not far from Seoul.
The closest and most popular one is Phoenix park.
I haven't been, but have heard it is decent, and not a bad one for beginners.

    Welcome to phoenixpark world !
