Peeper films gal on the toilet

An unnamed Thai man found himself at Pattaya Police Station on the evening of the 5th December accused of filming a young girl whilst she was on the toilet at a restaurant on Sukhumvit Road. Also at the scene, were the accusers, Khun Somwong, his wife and 9 year daughter. According to the girl, she went to visit the restroom at the restaurant and the suspect who was at a nearby table followed her. Whilst she was in the cubicle, he apparently climbed the wall and started filming her with his mobile phone camera. She screamed for help and the man made a quick exit as the police were being called. Later he was stopped at a police checkpoint in his Mitsubishi sedan and taken back to the station for questioning. There he denied the charge and as there was no evidence on the mobile phone camera, the man offered to end the affair by donating 5,000 baht to the family, which after a few minutes deliberation they decided to accept. The man was released and the family went on their merry way, stomachs full and 5,000 baht the richer.

I think the voyeurism is within most of us, who doesn't like looking at a pretty girls tits in a magazine?, but taking it to this extent is really really fuvked up.
I don't know if it's possible for this guy to progress towards a more sever deviancy and turn into a total sex-pest (for want of a term) but he needs to have his ways changed that's for sure.

I think he's already at the sex pest stage...and he's not just done this crime. No way is this his first offense.

It seems the police were rather flippant. 5,000 Baht is effectively an admittance of guilt.

Off he'll go to do something else.

The term "peeper" sounds rather mild and is an almost flippant word to describe this sick cvnt filming a 9yo girl on the toilet.

Hope someone takes the law into their own hands, as the cops only ever see the $ signs in any case.

This guy was taking a video clip on his mobile phone of a 9-year-old girl on the toilet. Don't try and equate looking at an adult magazine to spying on children in public toilets.

Just cause he paid the family doesn't make him guilty. " 5,000 THB" is fcuk all if it comes to spending a few nights in the nick and employing a solicitor, even if he is innocent. Thai law points you in the direction of compensation, guilty or innocent. Even totally innocent people will pay compensation rather than go down the Thai legal process. I did.

At 0.09 into the youtube vid is the quite disturbing sight of a video camera honing in on this girl who quite rightly has her face well covered to protect her identity...

where were her parents while this was being filmed...oh...negotiating over the money...something not quite right here I think...
