JJ in new Phuket jet-ski dispute

A US Marine bows to Phuket's infamous jet-ski man, Winai 'JJ' Naiman, in the new footage posted by UK TV producer Gavin Hill.

PATONG, PHUKET: New footage has emerged showing Phuket’s infamous jet-ski man, Winai ‘JJ’ Naiman, in another dispute with marines – this time from the US Navy.

The , released by British TV producer Gavin Hill, shows police officers standing by as Thai jet-ski operators demand cash for damage to a vehicle.

The footage ends with one US serviceman handing over 40,000 baht to the jet-ski boys.

The first episode in Hill’s 'Big Trouble in Tourist Thailand' series, broadcast on British TV last week, showed Mr Winai threatening a group of British Royal Navy marines with an air rifle in a similar dispute.

For our previous report click here.

In the latest incident, apparently filmed a few days after the British marines’ run-in with Mr Winai, the US servicemen do not deny causing the damage and appear highly apologetic throughout.

One marine, apparently responsible for ‘damage’ to a jet-ski, gives a bowing wai to Mr Winai, saying “Sir, sorry. I’ll pay you back, I promise.” – Dan Waites

    Words fail me.

If he'd bent a bit further down he would've had JJ's cock in his mouth.

Why did the big dude say 'Thankyou' after handing the money over?

And, out of interest, how much does a new jet ski cost?

How pathetic bowing down to this scum and paying money to him. The quality of the US Marines must be laughable.

getting money out of falangs is easier than taking sweets from child.

with goons like this one, the brit wimp last week, and the hundreds of thousands of sugar daddies supporting isaan farmers daughters and their idle families its no wonder they think money grows on trees in the west and they try to overcharge and scam us at every opportunity.

why do we let them get away with it ???

and you guys were wondering why business was so good in Phuket

with tards like that, scam is the only option for running a successful business here, why work hard and provide quality service when you can kick them in the balls and charge 10 times the price

40k bahts worth of damage would mean the jetski would look like a write off, ie bits all over the place, those big bad ass marines certainly showed jj
& the policeman knows how much repairs cost, so come to your own conclusions on his involvement.

The problem is most of these Thai "PLAYERS" don't give a fook about how they are hurting the very economy that allowed them to start in business in the first place.

Unfortunately most of these Thais live for today and don't really contemplate the long term ramifications of their thieving, scaming cvntish actions.

I hate the bastards and it sickens me everytime I hear of another ripoff.

After the Iraq war, and the mistreatment of the soldiers injured in it, someone would have to be incredibly stupid to volunteer for the American military. Even many American high school administrators, concerned about the welfare of their students have sought to ban military recruiters from campus thereby putting them on the same level as crack dealers.

The problem lies with corruption which is endemic in Thailand and seemingly taints every walk of life.

Add this to the fact that farangs are considered as walking wallets and fair game for any scams including racist pricing then there is little chance that operators such as this scum jj will be banned from operating their corrupt and profitable dealings.

Only when it affects higher diplomatic or political relationships will the authorities act and remove the likes of jj.

Next time a group of Marines are in town they should hire en-masse JJ's entire fleet.

Ride out to the middle of Patong Bay and sink them, where they are met by a boat that takes them to ship.

    That'd fuck him......55555555555

Apparently yanks were ordered not to use the jetski(s) so apparently they are in heap of trouble for disobeying an order.

    238000 - 340000 bht for a brand new jetski

I wonder how many of the anonymous posters in this thread would have the cajones to walk up to one of those Marines .. US or UK .. and make the same comments.
