the Thairath pix of carradine's body posted on the internet is less than steller
someone in Bkk .. get a copy of the newspaper & scan the pix.
if this turns out to be a legit pix .. & it was initially called suicide ..

must say it is either a very poor pic or not a pic of him
not sure how to post this:

Thailand Newspapers in English
certainly does not appear to be a 5 star hotel .. more like a ST room
my guess is bogus.
Probably not a good idea.
Seems that carradine has slimmed down, got a nice suntan and died his hair black.
DC
No way
The pic is obviously of a much younger, (possibly Thai) guy. The presentation of the body of the so called corpse has been covered in a mat of black dots, probably to disguise distinguishing tattoos. Also appears appears to be tattoos on his arms.
Wonder how much the newspaper paid for this fake shot? A very amateur job, both by the original scammers and the paper.
The paper deserves to get sued, but I dont think dead people can sue. And I dont believe relatives can sue on behalf of dead people either.
^ Uhhmmm... This is ThaiRath you're talking about. Not some piddly little paper like the Bangkok Post or The Nation. These guys are seriously connected.
While it's lovely to speculate with absolutely no evidence, has anyone considered that the paper could have posted, and properly identified, a picture that was:
- a re-enactment, based on descriptions of the scene (the Thais seem big on re-enactments, I hear).
- a picture from another victim of auto-erotic asphyxiation (I'm sure there's no shortage).
I'm sure there are some able to read Thai on this forum -- could you check what the paper actually stated, accompanying the pictures?
I concur, the ThaiRath picture isn't him. It's obviously a younger guy, and the hotel room shown is not anywhere near as nice as I'd imagine the Nai Lert Park to be.
