    I remember when I returned from a holiday, I saw a snakes tail sticking out of the bathroom wall

    panic, as it was black and yellow, which means prob a poisonous one

    the next day I saw it again, this time though the whole animal was out; yes, it was a Tokay gecko

    it soon fuked off though, as they are quite shy beasties

    Don't know about most Thais, but my wife is terrified of any lizard, phobic about geckos, bloody hysterics if there is one near.

    Not much of a problem these days, living back in UK for now, last lizard she saw was at Dudley zoo, wouldnt go near it, even through glass
