At 11:00 PM on December 6th, 2024, Pattaya Tourist Police arrested a Chinese man and a Thai woman for public indecency on Jomtien Beach. The pair was caught engaging in sexual activity on the beach and in the sea, ignoring warnings from bystanders for over 30 minutes.


Despite shouts from bystanders to stop, the couple allegedly continued their actions until police arrived. The man was detained immediately, while the woman tried to evade capture by remaining underwater, later requesting assistance to retrieve clothes as she was reportedly naked.


The names of the couple were withheld by the police.
