Step Back in Time at the River Kwai Light and Sound Show

One of the most anticipated highlights of the Light and Sound Show at the #RiverKwaiWeek is the reenactment of the first-ever inauguration of the “Bridge on the River Kwai”! Witness the arrival of “Steam Locomotive C5615”, an actual train used during World War II, with its powerful whistle echoing across the event grounds.

    Light and Sound Show Details:

Free entry daily at 19:00 (Gates open at 18:00)
Additional show on Saturdays at 20:30
Last day is Saturday 8 December 2024 (see comments first details)

Turning tragic events into a tourism trap, based on a light show. Disgraceful.

Since tourists have been riding the Death Railway at least since the movie came out, that ship sailed a long time ago.
