A new noodle shop, “Nobra Noodles”, located along the outer ring road near Tharua Intersection in Sanpuloei, Doi Saket, Chiang Mai, has caused quite a stir. The concept has quickly gained popularity, especially among male customers, as the models not only serve food but also engage in friendly conversation while feeding customers the hot broth. With dishes like beef noodles, meatballs, and hotpot, priced as low as 50 baht per bowl, the restaurant is attracting a constant flow of visitors, many of whom are so delighted by the experience that they return frequently.

The idea isn’t new to the owner, Khathawat Chumjai, who previously gained attention in 2017 for a similar strategy at another noodle shop. Now, his “Nobra Noodles” has taken the concept to a new level, with beautiful models rotating shifts to serve food and chat with diners.
