celebrated as the most beautiful and oldest sailing ship

I'd be surprised if it was the oldest sailing ship in Phuket, never mind the rest of the world.

    .
There is a quantifiable point ("oldest") and a non-quantifiable point ("most beautiful").

Being the "oldest" no way. The ship was built in 1930!!!!!

The oldest sailing ship is the Star of India, which is a full-rigged iron windjammer, meaning it has three masts and square sails on all three masts (pinched from the internet). It is an active sailing ship.

Beauty is subjective, so I will pass on that!

Mendip might be along shortly to remind us that HMS Victory was launched in 1765. I don't suppose she'll sail again but she is still a commissioned vessel in the Royal Navy.
