The ticket costing is apparently 20 baht a km. The South Eastern Economic corridor, Laem Chabang port, U Tapao and Mapthaput Refinery complex, Thailand's largest, Rayong industrial parks, and a resort complex accounting for up to 10 million annual visitors is the justification.

And Hua Hin? Three months of the year a bunch of Swedes wallow on the beach, a colony of geriatric, insufferable farang bores and gaggles of Thai hit Chaam to chow down on chicken feet.

Airport at Hua Hin? A fucking turbo prop service that will go bust in a fucking year.
