Poor air quality has been reported today (Monday) by the Department of Pollution Control in 11 areas of Bangkok and its surrounding provinces, with the worst in Khlong Sam Wa district of Bangkok.


According to the department’s air4thai website, the areas found to have PM2.5 dust above the 50-micron safety level are:


Ma Charoen-Phet Kasem 81 Road in Nong Khaem district, 53 microns
Khlong Thawee Wattana Road, Thawee Wattana district, 55 microns
Liab Varee Road in Nong Chok district, 55 microns
Sihaburanukit Road in Min Buri district, 52 microns
Lat Krabang Road in Lat Krabang district, 52 microns
Nawamin Road in Bang Kapi district, 51 microns
Sukhapiban 5 Road in Sai Mai district, 56 microns
Don Mueang district, 54 microns
Lat Phrao Soi 95 in Wang Thong Lang district, 53 microns
Khlong Sam Wa district, 62 microns
Khlong Kum sub-district, 51 microns
