    Calling Buck. Calling Buck.

This is what I found out for Medicare in the USA. Complicated as hell!

As you know, you will get regular Medicare A, for hospitalization, free when you turn 65. You must pay for Medicare B, doctor fees, etc., out of your Social Security ($170 mo.) or pay high penalties when you go back and use it. You must buy Medicare D, prescription drugs. or face penalties when you do need it. I found a prescription plan I can use anywhere in the US for $7 a month.

That’s the minimum you can do to keep health insurance in the USofA.

You can buy a Medicare G package that plugs all the holes in Medicare and gets you into any doctor or hospital. I found one for $122 month.

$3600 a year keeps you FULLY insured in the US.

^ Oh. That Medicare G covers 80% emergency hospitalization out of the US but only for the first 60 days you are out.
