    My financial advisor informs me that only one unexceptional regime utilises that measure.

    Most countries utilise GDP in various flavours.

    I referred to donations for poor countries. Without strings attached.

    Found some numbers myself.

    Only for Africa, where China has given 200 billion danish kroner(US 600 billion for comparison).

    The study does not give a timeframe.

    The study says that China ain't worse than the west, when it comes to favour "mineral rich" african countries.
