Last week the local Koh Larn committee announced on their social media accounts that the island will reopen to visitors on June 14th.

This morning saw some tourists return who were visiting Koh Larn at the Bali Hai Pier, although morning showers limited the number of potential visitors.

Tourists and residents are entering and leaving Koh Larn via Covid -19 measurement checkpoints which include temperature checks and usage of the Mor Chana Thai check-in platform for contact tracing. Importantly, passport and/or ID checks are also taking place.

Public boat transportation services are back on normal schedules.


Ferries from the Bali Hai Pier to Koh Larn is scheduled at 7:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. -Midday – 2:00 P.M. – 3:30 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. – 6:30 P.M..


Ferries from Koh Larn to the Bali Hai Pier are at 6:30 A.M. – 7:30 A.M. – 9:30 A.M. – midday – 2:00 P.M. – 3:30 P.M.- 5:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M..


Tour boats from the Bali Hai Pier to Ta Waen Beach are scheduled at 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M.
