The U-turns are too far apart and without underpasses tractors and motorbikes end up crossing the central reservation. It may be okay in the Bangkok/Pattaya area to travel fast. Less so in the more rural areas.
I am used to driving fast, living in Germany, but 90-100 is plenty fast enough where we are.
