Sure we could take turns popping the American dream, and some mentally troubled individuals even on TD are happiest when criticising whatever's less than ideologically perfect, with politics, religion, poverty, yuman rights, inequality, violence, corruption, don't forget most heinous of all racism and sexism, and you're welcome to add whatever's missing.

But no matter how indoctrinated it's difficult to escape the bottom line, with tens of millions willing to risk their lives to enter the US (and Europe), even if that means living on the streets or in jail, rather than enjoy freedom in their home country.
