New drug mix of Ketamine, Heroin, and Ecstasy

A new drug has been gaining popularity in Thailand. The nickname for the drug in Thai is “Milk Powder”. The drug looks like formula milk and the dealers usually mix in Ketamine, Heroin, and Ecstasy. Police Major General Thanit Jirananthawat from the Police Hospital reported samples of the drug were collected from the Wat Phraya Krai Police Station. There have been 2 versions of the drug found with different substances. The formula depends on what the drug gangs mix to create each lot depending on customer demands and the effects desired. Overdosing on the drug is easy.

The first formula consists of Ketamine and Diazepam (Valium). Diazepam is in the benzodiazepine family and provides a calming effect. The second formula was found with Ketamine, Heroin, and Ecstasy. Both formulas did not have crystal meth or powdered milk as advertised in the name. Officials believe that the samples each came from different sources. The reason that overdose is so easy when using this new drug mix is due to the combination of highly addictive and powerful substances. Ketamine is a general anesthetic that can make you feel detached from the world and relaxed. It can also create hallucinations and reduce the feeling of pain. Mixing Ketamine and Ecstasy can put a lot of pressure on your heart. Diazepam is mixed in to help make the user not notice the side effects of each drug.

Officials reveal the combination of different drugs, each individually very dangerous substances, is extremely dangerous. The users will not realize signs their body is telling them and eventually the body will go into shock. The doctor stated this is not the first time Thai Police have found “cocktail drugs”. The Milk Powder drug has been tied to 9 deaths in recent days. Ekkapop Luengprasit from the Sai Mai District Office stated “It is spreading all over Bangkok because it is cheap. When a user takes this drug they start acting out for 3-4 days straight. This only applies if you are healthy. Dozens have fainted right after taking the drug and ended up in the hospital”.

Yup. And the fentanyl is the equivalent to moonshine made from industrial alcohol. The kind that killed 10,000+ people in the US during prohibition. But at least with prohibition , they eventually did the right thing. They won't do the right thing now. It's been going on for 10 years already

10th Death In A Week From Deadly K-Powdered Milk Drug Cocktail

Another man died yesterday in his apartment in Chom Thong district after taking the drug called “k-nom pong” (“k-powdered milk”), raising the death toll from overdoses on the substance up to 10 in a single week.

Pol Lt Col Nopparat Muenwong, inspector of Bang Khun Thian police, said 23-year-old Thanakorn, whose surname was withheld, was found dead by his girlfriend in his condo on Soi Ekachai 32.

Thanakorn worked at a local bar and was familiar with some of the other overdose victims in the area. On Friday, he is believed to have visited a house party in On Nut where it is thought he may have taken the drug which is a mix of stimulants and sedatives which can include diazepam, heroin, ketamine and methamphetamine.

When he arrived back at his condo in the early hours of yesterday, a security guard noticed he looked unwell and helped him to return to his room. It wasn’t until some hours later that his girlfriend visited and found that he had died.

Meanwhile, police at Wat Prayakrai station in Bang Kho Laem district yesterday transferred Kid, 18, a suspected drug peddler, to a prison cell at the Criminal Court.

He was arrested in the Rama III area in Yannawa district after police say they found him selling the drug cocktail to a waitress in Rama III Road, who died from using the cocktail on 1st January. She was the first victim of the k-powered milk overdose.

They keep casually mentioning heroin in the cocktail. They will eventually figure it out. It's fent. Not heroin.

As you have showed with your posts on Afghan heroin you know nothing of drugs here. Heroin is still cheap as chips and 100% pure. There is no fentanyl problem here. I would bet you have never even heard of double UO globe.

Quite extraordinary why anyone would be so profoundly stupid as to mix diamorphine with a cocktail of ketamine and diazepam and give it a kick with some speed.

wtf would you know about the drugs of choice in bkk?

The above looks pretty similar to your claims that a wealthy young Thai in the 70s was a 'boomer'.

Not everything around the world works the way it does in your tiny part of the rug.

Police arrest “prime suspect” in narcotics case linked to 10 deaths in Bangkok

Police arrested a man suspected of producing the ketamine-based illicit drug cocktail linked to at least 10 deaths in Bangkok. The man is also charged with attempted murder for allegedly shooting his girlfriend at a Bangkok apartment.

Police say 33 year old Amornthep Chalermwat, known as Un Kiwi, fled Bangkok and was arrested in Phetchabun’s Bung Sam Phan district yesterday. Police say Amornthep admitted to distributing the “K powdered milk” drug cocktail, but denies producing it.

Police say the narcotic cocktail contains ketamine, methamphetamine, heroin and the sedative diazepam. The mix of drugs is suspected to have caused 10 deaths in Bangkok. Others have been hospitalised after taking the drugs and losing consciousness.

On January 9, Thachchai Klomjai fell unconscious and his boyfriend died after taking “K powdered milk.” When Thachchai regained consciousness, he told police he bought the drugs from Amornthep and another suspect, Kulnathee Iemloy, who Amornthep also named and has been arrested. Bangkok police reported 6 other deaths that weekend from “K powdered milk.”

The next day, Amornthep allegedly shot his girlfriend, Apisa Hongkhan, at an apartment in the Chatuchak area. Police say the woman was severely wounded. They suspect Amornthep shot is girlfriend out of suspicion that she had stolen the drug cocktail and sold it.

Some small-scale dealers have been arrested over the past week, but police say they believe Amornthep is a prime suspect.

Is that your stash ? I am just using deductive reasoning. Yes lots of good H in SE Asia. But also , a lot of fent is manufactured in China. China Thai trade is big so it stands to reason that some fent could find its way into the supply.

Another thing that isn't new is drug cocktails

You mean you just made it up and then posted it as if it was a fact.

Why don't you expand your vocabulary with the something like: "might be", "could be", "could well be", "perhaps", "maybe", etc.?

Rhetorical question obviously, because you're too fucking dumb to learn.

Simple point is here, however much you try to push it, fentanyl is not a big problem here, at least at the moment. Certainly not as compared to methamphetamines.

    I have taken Fentanyl.

I was given a 24hr slow release patch by a doctor at BKK Hospital who told me to put it on before I went to bed and come back for casual surgery on my knee the next day. Basically just thorough cleaning of an open wound in my knee as a result of a dirt bike fuck up. Basically it was going to sting like a bastard.

He said I could shower with it but not too hot and don't go into a sauna or anything like that.

I remember lying in bed and starting to feel pretty woozy. I though that it would be a waste of this just to go to sleep but I was asleep pretty soon regardless.

The next morning I was a bit spacey but not too bad. Morning feeling. My Mrs started knocking up breakfast and I went out to the car to install the baby seat in prep for the 40 min drive to BKK Hospital in Hat Yai. Let me tell you, that baby seat is a nightmare to install and the wee black Honda Jazz had been sitting in the baking sun for a few hours... it was hot as balls in there.

As you can imagine, I start to get a good sweat on as I wrestled this thing down, cue open pours and a good flow of fentanyl to the system. I went back in and sat down to breakfast. Bacon, eggs and those smiley-face tattie things grinning at me. I'm grinning back and my eyes are following my Mrs as she's walking back and for. Eventually she stops and goes 'WHAT??"

I'M FUCKED AND YOU'RE DRIVING TO HAT YAI.

I remember sitting in the passenger seat with my hands behind the headrest, taking deep breaths and saying 'holy fcuk' a lot.

Apparently the doctor was scraping away at my knee while I was telling him I remember him from his mobile phone shop in Dubai. Next minute I'm challenging him to a joust on skeleton horses.

Once he was done I took the patch off and put it back in it's packet for later but I put it in the bin when I'd come round a bit.

We had to stop at our cafe so the mrs could bake some pies and a German friend came in for his lunch. Trying to hold a conversation and act interested in his shit was one of the most difficult things I've ever done.

I later googled 'Fentanyl' and cannot to this day understand why the fuck the doctor would have given me that shit as suppose to a couple of local anaesthetic jabs.

    Good story

You got proper medical grade fentanyl. Still strong but its a controlled environment. It is given to women giving birth all the time.

The deadly shit comes from criminals trying to synthesize their own version of it. And it just cant be done. All they have created is a chemical weapon

Yeah, it's not 'theorising' or expressing a 'strong opinion' when you're mocking a reporter for supposedly reporting something factual incorrectly.

It's a report about drug deaths in bkk.

    You know sfa about it.

Police shoot and kill man suspected of dealing “K-powdered milk”

A man suspected of selling the ketamine-based drug cocktail, which is said to be tied to at least 10 deaths in Bangkok, was shot and killed in a shootout with police in Nakhon Pathom, just west of the capital. The narcotic cocktail, known as “K powdered milk,” is ketamine laced with methamphetamine, heroin and the anti-anxiety medication diazepam, all crushed up together resembling powdered milk.

Police tracked down 41 year old Wasan Khiaohom yesterday. He was in a pickup truck parked next to another car on a roadside in Nakhon Pathom’s Mueang district. As officers moved in to investigate, Wasan, who also went by the name Ple Kampangsaen, got out of a pickup and pulled out a gun, firing shots at the officers. Police fired back, shooting him. Wasan tried to flee the area, but collapsed and died in a wooded area by the road.

Police say they searched Wasan’s pockets and found a small bag of “K powdered milk” and 40 ecstasy pills. Police also arrested 2 alleged accomplices who were driving the car and pickup truck.

Police have been cracking down on illicit drugs after 10 people died reportedly after taking the narcotic drug cocktail while others were hospitalised. From January 13 to 18, police arrested 592 people in the drug crackdown. In a series of busts, police say they seized a total of 8,644,825 baht worth of drugs including methamphetamine pills, crystal methamphetamine, cannabis, ketamine, kratom leaves, kratom drink and ecstasy pills.
