    Transliterations are by their nature approximations.

    Having said that, 'Thong Lo' is a comical way to spell 'Tonglor'... but 'Felang' is close enough.

    Some idiot westerners swear that you have to live outside of Bangkok to be in 'the real Thailand'. In my experience the term is used more often about Isaan than about Chiang Mai, but whatever...
