Sigh,
even with an blatantly obvious thread title such as this, you completely miss the fukking point.
It's NOT about the white women or the white men.
Indonesia does not need self agrandizing white knights, of either gender (or weight for that matter)
Am I the only one who finds the thread title both staggeringly condescending and racist?
Anyway, bf and bed calls. toot a loo
I don't see what difference it makes or why it's news that women are helping out the locals either in Indo or elsewhere, except to self-righteous pc sexists. Go on, explain yourself!
There are many generous individuals and groups here in Pattaya and around Thailand doling out free food and meals to those undergoing hardship, and I haven't see a single report or credit highlighting their gender; what they have in common is that they're people able and moved to doing good, and anyone that needs to point at their sex or race or beliefs is an insecure moralising hypocrite with a shallow agenda, end of.
Fire awaaay...!

BANDUNG (Indonesia): Thousands of animals, including endangered Sumatran tigers and Bornean orangutans, are facing starvation at Indonesia's zoos as the global Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic pushes shuttered facilities toward collapse, officials said on Saturday (May 2).
Some 60 cash-strapped animal parks -- home to roughly 70,000 creatures -- across the South-East Asian archipelago have been closed since mid-March and most say they have only enough food until the middle of May.

Well done I say.
Bali has people who have lost income from tourism, the same as Thailand.
Quite why anyone would seek to have a pop at these women I don't know.
I suppose it's easy to be a little bitch when you aren't lifting a finger for your fellow humans.

The propensity of the sentimental lower end to wallow in emotional self indulgence, giving their largely futile and irrelevant lives a substance otherwise absent, is an increasingly common feature of Western popular culture. That the antipodean tourist should feel somehow morally obligated to the Balinese simply because they vacation there is typical of the mushy mawkish thinking they manifest, a process seemingly distorted by a conceit in which they imagine recipients of their sentimental largesse really give a fuck about them personally which of course they don't.
The British with that cringingly awful public clapping charade celebrating their NHS is a particularly execrable example of the phenomenon, a vomit inducing nonsense only capped by the sanctification of an insignificant geriatric orchestrated by a cynical government desperate to create a 'feel-good' story.
