Anything dated March, by which time every sane authority should have been locked down, shouts loud and clear that they shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a critical situation.

Here's an easy timeline to follow:
20 January: China announced this thing.
21 January: Russia began closing its borders.
Nearly two months later, the world grudgingly followed having finally conceded that the virus has little respect for wishful thinking.

It is a clear indication of a hot-spot. Someone had the virus and was in these places/vehicles. If you were present at the time then self isolate for 14 days.
How difficult is that for you?

In this age it should be on my mobile within a few hours of a reported infection.

Gullivers in Beach Road was open today and the restaurants in Soi 33 Naklua e.g Grottino, the Kraut places etc were open yesterday too, with customers sitting. Naklua 16 also had places open.

If you do not know stuff, shut the fuck up.

Gullivers... No wonder Mr Sausage is on edge, doubtless having flashbacks to that traumatic day that ended with him shamefully abusing random folks on the BTS.

Must stay open, arguably by order.

Anything is possible here, but what happens if someone up top does decide to close restaurants, leaving many people now stuck in a country whose leaders are incapable of dealing with such a situation, and also without food stocks to see them through...anyone?

Public service somtam queues might not be compatible with social distancing, not even with a Thai spin to it.

The BMA and many other chanwats have followed the government's line on emergency measures but it seems Chonburi has adopted a different protocol, one not currently shared by any other fucking country in the developed world.
