Let the old and the vulnerable isolate (the people clogging up the hospitals), if they wish, and let the rest of us get on with our lives and deal with the flu if and when it arrives.

They've already been here but not in the few, 70.000 mainly Bangkokians came here to party over Songkran so we now have 50 registered covid cases and it has made Samui a red zone starting from today.

Staff from the tessabaan came through the village earlier this week taking down names of those 18+ seeking to be vaccinated.
