Has no-one picked up yet on the fact that the coronavirus has been reported to manifest no symptoms in its early stage of infection?

And it's contagious at that stage as well making containment very difficult indeed.
I still maintain that the panic is unnecessary. How many die every year from the flu FFS.
And the death rate for this thing is apparently very low.
Take basic precautions. Avoid crowded places as much as possible, wear a mask if it makes you feel better, practice good personal hygiene, wash hands as often as practicable and you should be ok.

I made a quick graph of the number of cases and deaths. Based just on math, with no further analysis, the graph showed that the number of casualties should double every 3 days.

This crude model seems to be holding up so far. There were just under 6000 cases on the 28th and 11,374 on the 31st. The number of deaths also doubled to 259.

So, I am going to predict that there will be about 22,000 cases by the morning of the 4th and about 500 deaths.

On the 7th, 44,000 cases and 1000 deaths.
    the 10th, 85-90,000 cases and 2000 deaths

Jumping ahead to the end of the month, there will have been about 11 to 12 million cases and 200 - 250,000 deaths.

Now epidemics tend to have bell - shaped curves and this one may peak early, or the labs working on vaccines and treatments may pull a rabbit out of a hat an com up with a cure, but I suspect that these numbers will be fairly accurate.

This is a physical sickness, not a mental problem.

    So the answer is: "NO".

You should go see a doctor and check up on your OCD.

"Unsourced" . Are you too thick to understand what that means? Added to which, posting non-English material is quite useless in an English-language forum.

Patient in Chiang Mai hospital found to be carrying coronavirus.

A patient who had come to the Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital for treatment later tested positiv
e for the new coronavirus, the hospital said in a Facebook post on Friday (January 31).

The hospital said that the Ministry of Public Health had announced five more people in Thailand had been confirmed as carrying the new coronavirus, and one of the five was the patient who had come to the hospital for treatment.

The five new cases bring the total thus far to 19, of whom seven patients have already recovered.

Was in bangkok today. Tried to pick up a few hand sanitizers tried half a dozen drug stores, pharmacies, no luck all sold out.

Got two tubes from a colleague in the end.

So, my advice to the boy today was, wear a mask in public for the next two weeks, and use the sanitizer frequently.

My reading is that two weeks will sort it one way or another, and until then, be careful.

MM just shot out to meet some online seller that sold her three plain white bottles of it. Could only buy it online off some dodgy Line vendor.

I didn't bother asking what's really in it, or how much she was ripped off by.

Mrs friend runs a shop and the price of face masks she buys has trebled in the last 4 days. I get that supplies from China, if that's where they come from may get limited but its obvious price loading.

You can still get these on Lazada... regular plague doctor masks.

Will save Herman using his antique! 37% off as well!

Apparently the beak was for stuffing with nice smelling herbs so the 'doctor' couldn't smell the corpses... I may get one for the next time the wife cooks up some pla ra...
