Is it really anything to be proud of?

Mahidol - 601st to 800th in the world; 104th in Asia.
Mae Fah Luang - 601st to 800th in the world; not mentioned in the Asia rankings.

Those rankings are always meh. i mean Cal tech is a great school but has a very specific focus unlike Oxford, or Harvard etc.
5 different annual polls usually give 5 different answers

Between 201–250 it says, so it might actually be ranked at 249 or 250.

You need to resit (and pass) the "Ranking Observation Accuracy Test" before we can decide that.

Good to see Canada has 7 universities in the top 200.
The one I attended is at 134 in the world.

    7th in Canada.
To be fair I attended two universities in Canada, both in the same city.

Our daughters wanted to study in America so we helped them. They both graduated in 3.5 years with honors.

UC Berkeley College of Natural Resources, Environmental Science, Economics minor.

UC Santa Barbara Marketing, and Economics dual major.

Both universities are highly ranked and you can google them if interested.

Both living and working in great jobs in California now.

    Mom and dad quite happy..

If you plan on living and working in Thailand the government universities are fine, and some of the private universities are good as well. Its all up to you...
