Vincent had been living in Thailand with his mother and had managed to avoid extradition by the NZ Police for seven years, The New Zealand Herald reported.
In a Facebook post dated June 28, 2018, he said he had been struggling with his health.
"I have been pretty unwell over the last two years, including 6 months in hospital and having to undergo 15 operations," he said.
"I got gangrene from 2 ingrown hairs that became infected. Was in hospital for 5 months, almost died from sepsis, then faced amputation."

The thais need to get lessons from Oz immigration. They'll deport a kiwi smelling of parecetamol quicker than he can say "whats up cuz?"

Bloke probably had some Maori DNA, never a good thing as far as mental stability and keeping off drugs and booze goes.
