A retired Brit millionaire and his Thai wife have been missing for five days – with blood reportedly found on the walls of their mansion.Businessman Alan Hogg, 64, originally from Scotland, and his partner Nott, 61, vanished last week “without any clues”, local police said. They were reported missing on Thursday when a pal arrived at their home in Thailand, having tried to contact them on messaging app Line.Blood is said to have been discovered on the walls of Alan’s swimming pool changing rooms, allegedly with signs someone had tried to wipe it away. The couple’s brand new white Ford Ranger pick-up truck had also gone The pair, who live in Phrae, are thought to have gone missing on Wednesday, with friends unsuccessfully trying to get in touch with them that evening. The wife’s brother, Warut Satchakit, was arrested over the disappearance after CCTV allegedly showed him entering the home and stealing their car on Thursday morning. He was released on bail with a 100,000 baht (£2,350) bond paid by his relatives after he denied any involvement but reportedly admitted to stealing the motor. Police were today continuing to investigate Alan and Nott’s disappearance. Officers have been checking the couple’s home and pool and reviewing CCTV footage from the area – while police divers have been scouring nearby rivers The pair’s daughter, who lives in England, has also flown in to help the search.

Major General Sanpat Praputsra said: ”The progress of the case is moving well and we’re in control. Officers are working on the investigation day and night. ”The couple disappeared without any clues.” Alan, originally from Edinburgh, arrived in Thailand several years ago having worked as an engineer in Australia. He is thought to have still been involved with a number of businesses in the UK. He built his sprawling three-storey home and outdoor pool with changing rooms, a snooker table and a summer house in the remote northern region himself. The property sits on a vast plot of land, with a gated entrance. He and Nott have a pet dog. Neighbours described Alan’s wife as ”the most beautiful woman in the town” and said the businessman is ”very friendly” and often helps them. They told local media that he is a millionaire. Police believe that at least two people were involved in the pair’s disappearance. Maj Gen Praputsra said Alan’s brother-in-law denied any involvement in it. The officer added: ”The brother has been released on bail and charged with burglary at night for stealing the vehicle. He said he was only on the grounds of the property to take the car. “We are continuing to investigate as quickly and accurately as possible. ”Senior police from the area are working on the case. “I am confident that we can find the offender and conclude the case successfully.”

Fears are growing for a British businessman and his wife after they went missing from their home in Thailand.

Blood is said to have been found on the walls of the home owned by Alan Hogg, 64, originally from Edinburgh, and his wife Nott, 61, in the northern town of Phrae.

On Tuesday morning, police confirmed they had arrested three men who had admitted killing the couple and burying their bodies away from the house. Police Gen Sanpat Prabpudsa, who was leading the investigation, said: “We have arrested three men who have confessed.”
The men confessed to first shooting Hogg in front of the duck pen and then beating his wife to death with a hammer in the garage. The men also implicated Hogg’s brother-in-law, Warut Satchakit, in the crime. Police said it was linked to a family dispute.
The three men who carried out the murders said Satchakit, who lived locally, had taken away the bodies to bury them.

Looks like the BIL wanted to bury them in the back garden coz he couldn't be bothered hauling the bodies away somewhere else.

But the brains of the crme decided with two others to bury them up the road.

So four men involved, all got an arm or a leg. Questionable who carried the shovel, probably dumped in a ditch and covered with crap and branches.

They neglect to clean up their messy crime scene and opt to raid the drinks cabinet mixing his fine Scottish malt whiskey's with red bull and coke.

The BIL fooks off in the car after a skinfull and flogs the car .

The debts still haven't been paid and the loan shark is eyeing up his new palace with dribbling anticipation as the daughter won't be hanging around that shit hole longer than it's necessary to cremate her parents.

Sad and senseless and a lesson to us all about the dangers of retirement in Thailand with extended thai family.

    RIP
