Thread: Naked motorcyclist arrested on Bangkok expressway

BANGKOK motorists driving past the expressway exit near the Tobacco Monopoly Factory this morning (Friday, Sept. 8) were shocked to see a naked man on motorcycle whizzing past them.

Expressway police were alerted and they quickly apprehended the motorcyclist, who appeared to be in fatigue, and did not answer their questions. Police also found a package of condoms and a bottle of drinking water in his shoulder bag, Sanook.com said.

He was later taken to a police station to sober up. He faces a fine of between 400-1,000 baht for illegally driving a motorcycle on the expressway, and another charge of indecent exposure.

Yea, it really pisses off the Thais foolish enough to pay triple price for a Mercedes being passed in traffic by a lowly Honda Wave.

Is this all they do in Thailand, fine the offender and on your way? It looks obvious to me that this guy has mental issues and should be sectioned to a mental hospital for a check up.
