English teacher found dead inside bedroom in Chonburi

A 51-year-old English teacher was found dead Saturday morning inside his rented row shophouse which was turned into an English teaching school in Phanthong district of Chonburi province.

The British national teacher was identified as Mr Bryan Patrick.

He wore only a black boxer shorts and died inside his bedroom on the second floor of the rented shophouse.

His death was alerted by his personal interpreter Mrs Tanannat Ziyago, 30, to the police after she and her Japanese husband broke into his bedroom when he did not come down as usual and didn’t answer to knocks on the door.

The couple shared the same house with the English teacher.

Mrs Tanannat told police that Mr Patrick opened English teaching courses four months ago at the shophouse.

He used to complain with her that he had heart disease and didn’t know how long he could live.

But he refused to see doctor saying he had to take some medicine constantly.

Thamrasami Maneerat Foundation volunteers brought his body to Phanthong hospital for post mortem examination, as well as the medicines for check to find the exact cause of his death.

Why not try having a nice person's day, for a change? Indeed, you might even actually like "your-own-hateful-self", for a change, after that phenomenal exercise, eh?

Where's your compassion, huh? That deceased gentleman was probably avoiding a doctor visit, because he didn't want to hear his own end-of-life "time-line" prognosis. The average idiot can even understand that much, at least. Shame on you,.........phew!

51 and heart disease. Still too young. Died alone in a room with no friends or family. I find that very sad for this poor guy.

Heart and circulatory problems start showing up around 40 yoa.
Calcium deposits start building up along with cholesterol to form plaque, so clogging arteries, thus increasing BP, and setting up the scenario for minute bits of plaque to break off and end up in a capillary anywhere in the body, worst case scenario, in the brain, resulting in an embolism and/or stroke.

Poor fella knew he was sick, but relied on statins and aspirin, I'd guess, instead of looking to his diet and daily exercise, something he really needed to do as he was in a more or less sedentary occupation as a teacher.

    RIP,...poor fella.

I wonder if the body will be buried, or will they use some other method of disposal?

    YOUR combustible carcasses.
Hopefully, yes. You did eventually backtrack on your whacky free electricity claim after I laboriously explained the science and the reality over and over again. It took a while and a lot of your boring and silly defenses, but we got there in the end. Congrats. Keep up the good work of trying to comprehend real science.

Do you always laugh at your own jokes? Suggestion: Laugh at the ones that make sense or the ones that are actually funny. You look sillier when you laugh at your own silly comments.
Try hard next time, there's a good chap.

It's a much better conclusion to draw than "He didn't excersise or have a good diet".

Not upset at all. But we do have an habitual conclusion jumper in our midst, and 10 times out of 10 it's an irrational conclusion and also it's always a negative view and quite silly, if not downright stupid.

Lack of exercise and a poor diet were probably major factors in the poor man's demise.

The deceased gentlemen was probably avoiding the doctor because he was stupid, skint or had a death wish.

If he "refused to see a doctor saying he had to take some medicine constantly" then he either misunderstood the risks of not taking it, couldn't afford it or wanted to die earlier.

If you want sympathy, you'll find it between shit and syphilis in the dictionary.

The fact that people did not know he was dead and they had to break into his room when he didn't come down for breakfast.

I'd say that may be a pointer Sherlocke Pizza.

Possibly, not "probably". We have nothing to suggest it was likely, only one possibility.
Top athletes die of heart attacks while resting. Heart disease is not confined to the unfit burger-eaters.
