The tramadol can help but it's not as effective as morphine.
We go to the local village clinic and Dr. Pittipat makes out a script for a months supply which I then take to the clinic pharmacy, pay the money and collect the stuff.
By the way I have Multiple Myeloma and a decaying spine. So a bit of pain involved.
Whatever works and thankfully you've found a way to manage your pain in this country.
I just keep thinking there are so many better pain management options out there than oral morphine.
In all seriousness, oral morphine, at that dose is basically nothing. No BS they give more effective pain management at a local dentist in the US. Im not even sure Thailand has a pain medication other than Morphine. Tramadol does nothing for me at all.
Its good you are satisfied, but I would worry a bit about that doctor fucking off. Might have a hard time finding a similar situation with another doctor.
