BANGKOK — One of next year’s most anticipated concerts is going ahead without delay and tickets go on sale this week.

Prepare your mouse for 10am sharp on Thursday when Guns ‘N Roses tickets go on sale via Thai Ticket Major.

After going silent for a month after announcing the band was coming to Bangkok, promoter Viji Corp. announced Monday morning the concert will go off as planned with tickets on sale Thursday.

Nah. Remember having to wait about 3 hours for prima donna Axl to show up for a concert in the 80's, when G&R were good, albeit one-albums-worth good.

Thirty years later, don't think so. Just try remember them in a nice way, before your favourite bands reform to piss on their own legends.

I went to see Slash play at impact arena 5 years or so ago. Was actually pretty good except for the useless Thai crowd standing there afraid of human contact.

If you leave your Bangkok accommodation at the time the concert should begin, you may just arrive in time for a quick beer or two before Axl turns up.

I saw them in Geneva about six years ago, he was two hours late. The concert was great but also ended too late for us to get a bus home, so had to get a taxi. The queue at the taxi rank was another hour added on.

Not so enamored with his tardiness (this is Switzerland!!) but loved the show even though he is getting a bit portly and can't do that snake hip dance anymore!! I remember i PMd NR to see if she wanted to pop over, but sadly she couldn't.

Nowadays, for concerts i just stay at home and u-toob them the next day!!

I've been to a few 'Stones concerts, and at least old man Jagger can still move,.... well a bit like Jagger actually.

To be fair, I'm pretty sure those pics are from 2015. So maybe he's slimmed down a little in preparation for this upcoming tour.

I wouldn't bet on it though...

It has been heard he is up on his feet and recovered from the broken leg that was a problem in the last tour, or the start of this one.. One of the few to perform from a wheelchair, customized though.
