It has been mooted in the past but oversight by the IAEA would mean the scope for raking off the usual 30% might be too limited thus rendering such a project pointless.

Certainly, if they were to commission a nuclear reactor it would be within a hundred miles of Bangkok in the Gulf of Thailand in which case I would re-locate back to Europe.
