Thailand is a weeping puss filled wound that just manages to stop short from going septic.

It's corrupt as fook, chock full of robotic people who in general are shit scared to speak up about the injustices in society and who are Dumbed down by the system.

They have no power, they plod along trying to ignore the dumb shit that plays out day in day out.

Only the fully retarded take it seriously and go balls deep into their political system thinking they can make a difference.

The only thing that saves them from imploding up their own arse is their smoking hot female biatches who inhabit this dumb place.

    I love it.

Would say it's the same in every country, just more open in a place like Thailand...They hide some of it better in "the west"...Just don't get caught...And have the best scum-sucking lawyer, if you do...

And in Thailand, when they're "caught," they can't be arsed to show up at the police station...

After all, it's quite a pain in said arse to miss yer dinner...

If he ever gets picked up on this ''arrest warrant'' and sent back, he'll just go free and they'll find a way to say the farang cops got something wrong somehow.

Red Notice for Red Bull Heir Vorayuth “Boss” Yoovidhya Missing from Interpol Website

BANGKOK – The Interpol “Red Notice” for Red Bull heir Vorayuth “Boss” Yoovidhya, a hit-and-run suspect wanted by Thailand, has apparently disappeared from the Interpol website.
According to the Bangkok Post it’s unclear when the Red notice went missing from the website and for what reasons, but there was immediate speculation that powerful interests had intervened on Mr Vorayuth’s behalf.

When you try searching any Red Notice for suspects from Thailand the search conveniently comes up completely empty.

Interpol declined to discuss individual cases but told the Bangkok Post that generally a published notice would be removed from its website if “the suspect has been arrested and extradited or died, the country which requested it has withdrawn its request, the judicial authorities in the country behind the notice have withdrawn the national arrest warrant against a suspect, the notice is the subject of an appeal, or the notice has been cancelled or the status of the notice has changed from public to restricted”.

Thai police said in late August that the international police network had issued the red notice for Mr Vorayuth, now 33, after he repeatedly failed to meet with prosecutors.
The notice was on the Interpol website until recently.

NACC lays 'light' blame on police for Red Bull scion's escape

The National Anti-Corruption Commission has found police guilty of mild dereliction of duty in their lenient handling of the fatal hit-and-run case against fugitive Red Bull heir Vorayuth Yoovidhya.

Mr Vorayuth, who has been seen at public sporting events and elsewhere overseas, is accused of being behind the wheel when his Ferrari hit and killed a motorcycle policeman in the early morning of Sept 3, 2012 on Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok.

An NACC investigation found intention to exempt Mr Vorayuth, now aged 35, from prosecution on charges of drug abuse and speeding. Forensic police concluded he was driving at 177 kilometres per hour. The commission found negligence on the part of Pol Lt Col Wiradol Thabthimdee, chief interrogator at Thong Lor police station, and held him accountable for mild malfeasance - a light disciplinary offence.

For the failure to seek a warrant for the arrest of Mr Vorayuth, the NACC ruled it was a light disciplinary violation on the part of Pol Lt Col Wiradol, Pol Col Chumphol Phumphuang, former chief of the Thong Lor police station, and the station's interrogators, Pol Col Samrit Ketyam and Pol Lt Col Wibul Thinwatanakul. NACC also found light disciplinary violations by Pol Maj Gen Krit Piakaew, former commander of the Metropolitan Police Division 5, and former deputy commanders of the division Pol Col Sukhun Phrommai and Pol Col Tramet Uthai, for failing to guarantee a thorough investigation and interrogation in the case. NACC will send its findings to the officers' supervisors, who will decide on disciplinary action.

Mr Vorayuth, then 27, is accused driving his black Ferrari when it hit the rear of a policeman's motorcycle at high speed, dragging his body along Sukhumvit Road before speeding away. The victim was Pol Sgt Maj Wichian Klanprasert, 47, who was based at Thong Lor police station. Mr Vorayuth delayed hearing the charges seven times. It was not until April 27, 2017, that prosecutors finally charged him with reckless driving causing death and failing to help a crash victim. He fled on a private plane two days before he was due to face the charges. The speeding charge was later dropped when the one-year statute of limitation expired.

A second charge - failing to stop and help a crash victim - expired on Sept 3, 2017. The third and most serious charge, reckless driving causing death, remains on the books until 2027.

Mr Vorayuth whose nickname is Boss is the son of Chalerm Yoovidhya whose family co-owns the energy drink megabrand Red Bull and ranks second on Thailand's richest list with net worth estimated at US$20 billion (about 617 billion baht).

Police say “Boss” tested positive for cocaine due to dentistry

Police are claiming that illicit drugs, including cocaine, found in the blood samples of Red Bull scion Vorayuth “Boss” Yoovidhya in the infamous fatal 2012 hit-and-run case were for his dental treatment. A parliamentary committee invited officials yesterday for questioning regarding case. A spokesman for the committee told a press briefing that the panel questioned officers who handled the case as to why they didn’t press charges related to illicit drug use against Vorayuth despite a blood test proving the use of narcotics.

Officers told the committee they didn’t press the charge because a dentist confirmed he had administered medicines, which included cocaine as a component, for dental treatment. When Vorayuth drank alcohol, he said, it mixed with the medicines, causing chemical substances in his body to be released. Police didn’t provide clear details and had no medical documents to prove that substances found in Vorayuth’s blood were the result of dental treatment.

The spokesman said the issue is important and the Royal Thai Police are duty-bound to provide an explanation to clear suspicion. Sira Jenjaka, chairman of the House Committee on Legal Affairs, Justice and Human Rights, said police will consider bringing a new drugs-related charge against Vorayuth.

Sira, a Palang Pracharath Party MP for Bangkok, said police who handled the case told the committee on Wednesday that the medical report containing Vorayuth’s test results was in a file that had been submitted to prosecutors. The results show there were “substances found in the body of Mr Vorayuth”.

3 activists claimed previously they had evidence to prove Vorayuth had illicit drugs, including cocaine, in his system on the day of the incident. They cited a letter by the head of the Forensic Pathology programme at Mahidol University to the head of the faculty’s Department of Pathology.

Sira says his committee will meet on August 5 to discuss the case. Among those testifying before the committee will be national police chief Chakthip Chaijinda, the director-general of the Department of Appellate Litigation, and the assistant national police chief, who decided not to oppose prosecutors’ acquittal, as well as 2 new witnesses.

He said Vorayuth and his lawyer have been invited to testify before the panel. If they fail to show up, as has often been the case in the past, they will be summoned by law.

Thailand can only go downhill with this bunch of career crooks and liars at the helm, and with succeeding leaders nothing will change except their names.

Every Thai knows the sacred secret is who got how much to take the piss ad nauseam.
