American Private School Teacher accused of sex with minors at his East Pattaya home

An American Teacher working for a private school in Rayong Province has been arrested in Pattaya, accused of sexually assaulting five boy’s under the age of 15.

Officers from the Region 2 Child and Women Protection Unit conducted a raid of a house at the Chockchai Garden 4 Estate in Soi Kao Noi on Saturday Night and arrested Mr. Gregory James Miller aged 48 from Illinois, USA, a teacher at the Garden International School.

Officers conducted the raid moments after 5 Children were seen to leave the house.

Officers questioned them and one of them claimed he was paid money by Mr. Miller to conduct a sexual act with him.

Officers conducted a full search of the house and report finding sexually explicit material featuring Mr. Miller with minors and seized a selection of items, including flash drives and a computer notebook along with a large amount of non-sexual toys for young children to play with.

Mr. Miller vehemently denies all allegations brought against him and claims he will prove his innocence in Court.

Why is the video so edited? At 1:54 they cut to a hotel swimming pool that surely has nothing to do with the house. This should be interesting. I know its a long commute from East Pattaya to GIS. I think the next stop would be his place in Rayong. Whose a cop and who is not? Strange undercover operation for sure. He was never handcuffed in the video.

And who is he talking to at and around 2;15 I cant understand the Thai speaking English? They are looking for something. Very strange this one.

You really don't know what's going on here - there have been cases where guys have been innocent and the kids were coerced into making allegations and 'coached' at what to say by police; I certainly would not believe the police story because they are primarily a mafia not a law supporting institution; this could be about money, he could have slighted a Thai, an ex-wife, anything; easy and cheap to get the police to play your tune here...

It's a tough one... there are always the occasional bunny boiler crying rape, but I'm not so convinced that a kid could sustain a convincing false accusation for long.
We don't, for example, know whether the kids are locals or farang... which might make a difference.

Remember that teacher in Phuket who had his entire life fucked up a year or two back under such accusations. Chucked in Jail to be extorted by gangs and have his name and BS crimes printed in the media in his home country. It's a pity the sheer retartedness of Thais can have such an effect in the real World.

^Yep. Mistake to judge these prematurely. Right now it's all based on Thai media reports. Quite frankly, it doesn't sound very good for this guy, but neither did the initial reports, and hysterical follow-up, in the case to which Mao refers. Truth will come out in time.
