Samut Sakhon PE Teacher Caught For Raping 15-Years-Old Girl

Samut Sakhon PE Teacher Caught For Raping 15-Years-Old Girl

A pervert PE teacher got his 15 year old student drunk and raped her. The girl says she contracted syphilis. The PE teacher's relative says, she would pay for the cost of her medical expenses - if she would drop the case.

TeakDoor.com - The Thailand Forum Samut Sakhon– April 27, 2012 [PDN]; Pol.Lt.Col. Torsak Sukwimol- inspector of crime control division, arrested Mr.Piyabaworn Yensabai, 25-years-old PE teacher charged with abduction and rape. The suspect was sent to Kratumban police station, Samutsakorn.
He has refused to give his testimony. “Only in court”, he said.

The rape was reported by the victim’s “A” (nickname) grand mother who brought the girl to the police station on August 6, 2011.

Mr.Piyabaworn , the physical education teacher invited female students to an after party with some teachers.

It was Mr. Piyabaworn’s treat because his student had won a sport match on that day.

At the restaurant he got her drunk. The girl blacked out.

When she woke up, she was in a hotel bed and had been raped twice.

When she got back home she thought she had contracted syphilis and immediately informed her grand mother.

Later a relative of the teacher came to her house and begged her and told her to drop the case.

The relative said, she would pay for her medicines and the girl would grow up and forget the whole incidence.

    .
Sounds like what happens in places like America... just on a much smaller and non-systematic scale:

The Roman Catholic Church, as part of ongoing lawsuits, will make payments to approximately 700 male and female sexual and psychological abuse, molestation, and rape victims who were living in Alaska Native villages and Indian reservations from Montana to Washington, Idaho and Oregon, and who were “sexually or psychologically abused as children by Jesuit missionaries in those states in the 1940s through the 1990s,” according to a statement by attorneys.

The latest agreement will financially compensate 524 victims with $166.1 million in cases including accusations against 140 Jesuit priests, brothers, and nuns from the Oregon Province of the Society of Jesus, in the Pacific Northwest. Only $48 million will come from the Catholic Church, the remainder will be paid by its insurance companies.

None of the Jesuit priests are being charged with any crime related to this abuse, rape, and molestation settlement.
