Laosy has to do a run to Cambodia this week.
She usually uses Bang Laen or Palin Prun.
Does anyone know if they are open at the mo.

Bang Laem Border Crossing
I did a border crossing to get the 2nd entry on my multi-entry visa on the 7th of February and everything was open then.
Went to Bang Laem. No problems at all.
Not sure about any other place.
