    Help,

    Can I send a Thai with one time power of attorney to the US Embassy to get Social Security confirmation letter?

    Phone the Embassy and ask. May be they can EMS it.

    If you're talking about confirmation of income, I don't think so. You will need a notarized letter from Embassy. This requires you appear in person. Call US Citizens Service between 9AM and 11AM. 02 205 4049. They can give you the answer.
