Exclamation Last entry stamp missing from passport

I'm on a 1 year employment visa and did my 2nd quarterly visit to immigration a couple of months ago. I know I checked the stamp because I have my next date as a reminder on my laptop calendar. I have scrutinized each page with forensic precision and there is only one stamp that says 2010 and that was thumped in last June when the visa was issued.

No idea what I can do about this, it's Twilight Zone baffling.

Are you refering to the 90 day address report? That date is not stamped in your passport.

Are you referring to the 90 day address report? If so you should be looking for a slip of paper stating your next 90 day report date.

June 2010? You haven't entered the country yet so no worries.

Suspect that the June 2010 date is when his exstention expires.

Did you enter Thailand those 2 times you went to immigration, why do you think there should be an entry stamp for it?

Suspect you are correct. Scampy's OPs are renowned for lack of detail.

There's no slip of paper either, maybe you don't get a stamp if you don't leave the country - but there should at least be something saying April __ 2010.

The reminder is on my i-calendar, where did I get that info from?

    No leave/enter, no stamp.

You talking 90 day reminders right? Nope, don't get anything - up to you as they say.

Although there should be a slip in the back of your passport - lose that, and they can fine you as I recall (but, again, it does not have the date for your next check in AFAIR).

Go to immigration a few days before the date on your iCalendar and say your there to do the 90 day check in but you have misplaced the slip of paper. They should have you in their computer so all may be OK.

I have to fly to Malaysia 2 weeks before my next immigration 'check in' and worried this may cause problems or will it?

Is all my info stored on the magnetic strip at the back?

The 90 day check in time restarts when you leave the country. So the next date you will have to do it is 90 days after you return from Malaysia. They won't ask for the bit of paper that you lost if you are reporting 90 days after entering the country, so you are ok.

I am just surprised about two things, that you are employed and that you did not lose the passport as well.

    What maybe?
Do you think the entry stamp is stamped in your passport when entering through the doors of the immigration office?

get a re entry permit before you go. The fact you are leaving the country before staying 90 days is the key. You either have to go or report.
