Seriously HNY Loytoy I'd happily pay 8k but not an option in Ban Modernity

Luckily with but a handful of farangs I have the place to myself arranging different dates with the half dozen or so up here, plus the new younger staff seem able to work Windows 7 !!! Sure if you are earning more than 8k an hour it's a no strainer. Of course DIY route may offer chance to score some sausages, just ask the gent in the Birkenstock's and Pringle sox ? I believe the proper query is "May I see your sausageS" the final S is vital, guess how I know

Look forward to buying you a cold one, here in the IDC or Nirvana with DD JJ Sam and the choir eternal?

You have no idea how stupid I am. Not only can I afford and have the 800K in the bank but I’m still gonna pay my preferred agent to do my annual extension in 2024. Why? Because I can …

You’re correct, I never have. I have staff to arrange that stuff.

You suggest Thailand bureaucracy, is somewhat different to other countries,

Any examples to share - preferably SE Asia.

Maybe Topper may wish to comment on his own local experiences.

My experience, the local immigration and the District office officers and admin suggest, they are aware what information is required for them to pass the visa and foreign resident card "package" to upstairs/head office, to ensure a positive result.

As for the applicable "rules", I have posted the link, for all visa extensions. Be aware of them, and use them to your benefit.

It's in my forthcoming book "Never Call A Farang Gay In Thailand".

The local experiences were generally good but after my "supreme court" acquittal, things took a downturn. Thai immi went after my wife rather than me.
