Tourist Visa Questions for those in the know

    Hi,

I was reading a lot about tourist visas lately.. and I heard that since Covid at Thai border crossings, they are not re-issuing visas. I am not sure if this is accurate and up to date as there are more than one land border crossings. I was thinking of getting a 60 day tourist visa, as a single entry can this be extended at all? If I exit at one of the land border crossings, can I get a 30 day entry visa or another single entry visa?

Thanks for any information. I could get a multiple entry visa which I believe is good for up to 6 months, but I would have to leave the country ever 90 days I believe. These visas are more than double the cost than the single entry ones at least here in Canada.

    Thanks Folks!

Yes. Can be extended by 30 days at any immigration office in Thailand. 1900 baht.
Gives you a total stay of 90 days until you have to leave.
