    New amnesty-Who does it cover?

The amnesty till the end of October, who does it cover?

I'm asking for a friend who is stressing out. He lost his passport just before the last amnesty,so he couldn't do an extension. He should have left for a border run on May 19 this is his last visa stamp.

My reading is that he still can apply for an amnesty extension if his passport comes on time. He is also from the North of England where COVID cases are on the rise.

    Thank you for any advise

he should have reported to the police that he lost his passport, then contacted the british embassy, then gone to the immigration in his province.he could have got emergency papers from the embassy to cover himself, seems he hasnt done fuck all other than losing his passport.so if he hasnt done any of those reports he needs to go to the bank.definitly one for the immigration police.extension? marriage or retirement, did he have a return flight ticket.my guess OVERSTAY.

So much useful ADVICE. Police report done passport, canceled online following the ADVICE of the consulate- the Consulate, within the embassy deal with this not the Embassy directly. The only emergency documents are to fly out not stay so that would not have been a problem. You should get a job there you are as useless as they are.
Everything is in place for a visa.
Thanks nothing. You and idiot before should meet your will be good friends. You two are everything Thais hate about foreigners.

TiT, so if in doubt go to a visa agent and your friend will get what he wants for a limb or two.
