    Non O in HCMC

I am going to apply for my next non 0 at the Thai consulate in HCMC.
I used to do this in the UK every year but now they are asking for proof of income/savings
I have the list of documents required from the HCMC consulate website but any advice from someone who has done the same?
    Thanks

I'd say ignore that list and use the same documents that are required at the thai consulate in Savannakhet to get the year-long, multi-entry Non-O based on marriage
The only difference between Savannakhet and HCMC is that at HCMC they require a letter from your wife addressed to the consulate asking they issue you the visa. AND in Vietnam the thai consulates ONLY accept US dollars in near pristine condition. A year long, multi-entry Non-O is 200USD.
