    The application site.

Thailand Smart Visa - 4 Year Smart Visa Application ? Interactive Associates

As usual, the fine print makes it a questionable way to go. Suppose ok for someone currently employed at 200k baht per month or 20mil baht to invest.

The 20M investment in Business here could be OK if you can have shares in a company and are getting a reasonable return in dividends, its wait and see how it works out for people who can afford to do it IMO
