Official Opening of the Royal Thai Consulate Queensland

04 May 2016 The Royal Thai Consulate Queensland celebrates its official opening from 4 May 2016 with its new office in the central business district of Brisbane. Mr Andrew Park, recently appointed Honorary Consul, will be heading the office with new and improved Queensland consular services.


The new office is located on level 19, 344 Queen Street, Brisbane 4000 with easy access by public transport and basement level parking. Operating business hours will be Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 14:30.

๔ พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ สถานกงสุลไทยในรัฐควีนส์แลนด์ได้ฉลองเปิดตัวอย่างเป็ นทางการในวันนี้ ที่สำนักงานแห่งใหม่ซึ่งอยู่ใจกลางย่านธุรกิจของเมือ งบริสเบน ท่านกงสุลแอนดรูพาร์ค จะเป็นผู้นำของทีมงานใหม่ และท่านกงสุลได้เน้นในเรื่องการปรับปรุงการให้การบริ การของกงสุลอย่างเป็น กันเอง


สถานกงสุลในรัฐควีนส์แลนด์ สำนักงานใหม่ตั้งอยู่ที่ชั้น 19 เลขที่ 344 Queen St, Brisbane 4000 สำนักงานใหม่จะง่ายและสะดวกในการเดินทาง เพราะมีรถเมล์ รถไฟ เรือ และที่จอดรถชั้นใต้ดินที่จะมาถึงสำนักงานโดยง่า ย

Excellent move, the old one was at times difficult to get to although their service was "top of the tree" Hope the new one is as helpful and considerate. Good luck and welcome.

IMPORTANT- AS OF 15 AUGUST 2016, THERE ARE STRICT REQUIREMENTS REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF MULTIPLE ENTRY NON -IMMIGRANT VISAS, WHICH WILL ONLY BE ISSUED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECT TO DISCUSS ANY SUCH APPLICATION.

(Tourist) Visa processing time is 2 business days, provided the application form is completed with all relevant and approved supporting documentation attached

Requirements:-

TOURIST Visa (TR)
Purpose of Visit:- This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom for tourism purposes.

The Tourist Visa "TR" has 2 categories:- SINGLE ENTRY and MULTIPLE ENTRIES


SINGLE ENTRY

Validity of a Visa:- The validity of a visa is 3 months.

Period of Stay:- Travelers will be permitted to stay in Thailand for a period of not exceeding 60 days.

Visa Processing Fee:- $45.00 AUD per application

Documents Required:

Your actual Passport or Travel Document. (Passport or Travel Document must not expire within
6 months and contain at least ONE completely empty visa page);

A completed and signed application Form A

One passport size photograph (3.5 x 4.5) cm.) taken within 6 months with a full face view without hat or glasses. (Photocopy not accepted);

A copy of the biographic page of your passport or travel document;

A copy of airline ticket confirming the date of your arrival to Thailand as well as your departure from the country;

If you are not an Australian citizen, a proof of Australia Electronic Visa is required.
