Hi just a couple of quick questions regarding UK visa's if anyone can help.

My wife is in thailand and thinking about doing indefinite leave for the uk.
She has been here previously but some requirements have changed.
Will she need to do a English requirement test as well as the life in the uk test or does that overrule the other.

As im in the UK and she is not that savvy does anyone have names and numbers of decent, reasonably priced visa agency that could help.

She is in Buriram but i suspect she will have to go to Bangkok to do most of it.

Fill out the forms online and send or fax her them. Or get another farang to do it for her online here.

If she already has "life in the UK" passed, that is enough

you only need her to print out application form n copy said documents .
^^ do that yourself online. book her an appointment then give her the date .time and
location( there is only 1).

hmm the more i look into it i dont think you can do a life in the Uk test outside the uk which would mean bringing her on a different one first which is bollocks as she has lived there for 4 and half years in the past. Just an extra reason to give our shitty government some extra visa money.

If she has lived there for four and half years before, why doesn't she already have an ILR?

We hadn't planned on staying there and it was easier and cheaper at the time to just further leave to remain it, now they have changed all the requirements and its just a pain in the ass even more than before
