I think its hilarious that the 2016 Republican front runner, Chris Crisco, has had a stomach stapling procedure in a last resort effort to polish up his fat ass image for his upcoming primary election campaign. A guy with no self-control - just the kind of person we want as president.
I doubt you'll have to worry about that.just the kind of person we want as president.
He was very dignified and apolitical during the Hurricane crisis. But that isn't enough.
As Romney showed, you have to make the numbers add up.
The American people aren't dumb, they are fed up with the Republicans skimming off the top and look after themselves and their rich patrons.
This overt RINO doesn't have a prayer in the Republican Party after sucking up to President Liar Pants over and over...
Exactly- although another democrat competitor may yet arise. The sort of people who might just be able to bring the GOP out of it's death spiral- such as Christie and Hagel- are the sort of people they castigate and marginalise.
Yeah, disgraceful to see a state governor working in the best interests of his constituents in the wake of a massive natural disaster.Originally Posted by Boon Mee

Oh wait...
I would hardly call that sucking up to Obama. I think Boon Mee is upset because Christie told Fox News to STFU live when they tried to make a political issue out of a natural disaster.
Of course, when Bush left people to starve and die in New Orleans, I expect Booners was blaming Clinton or something.

Appears he did quite well in that libbie state. GOP should take note. He might do as well in the libbie national election.

then it's time to get a new prescription for your glasses.
here's a hint:
it all comes down to numbers, and she'll crush anyone the republicans put up with blacks, latinos, women, the young, asians, jews, muslims, those with a college education, etc....
poorly educated, middle class white guys who are 45+. yeah, she'll have trouble with them...but they're a dying breed.
if she runs, she wins.
the end.
but anyway, let's get back on topic. this thread is about fat fattie. i mean chris christie.
let's talk about how he puts his conservative principles to use in his personal life.

Damn I wish the Soprano's was still going- christo would just have to do a cameo.
This picture says it all ... MANY Americans will see this guy and see themselves ... Fat women, fat men, fat white women, fat black women, fat black men ...
And the way he talks ... Not very articulate ... But how many in America are?
He can take the blue collar vote ... Black and white and that will get Ohio. I'll give you back Florida ... The old white geezers will probably cost him that state.
Don't forget he gets the traditional Republican voting states no matter what he looks like or sounds like ...
He needs a couple swing states like Ohio ... And I think he might even be able to steal California, Washington and Oregon.
^ Shoot, I forgot to add loud and obnoxious. He's a shoo in ...
^Hope I didn't make you flash on loud and obnoxious.......
A book just published called Collision 2012 claims Cristie was courted by the major GOP heavyweights (no pun) to run for potus in 2012. When decided not to run for President, Romney wanted him as VP.
Add these major endorsements and money to back him and the lap-ban surgery, I am quite sure he will be running for President in 2016.

If there were ever such a thing as a principled, good-government bully, Christie was supposed to be it: willing to speak his mind even if it wasn’t politically artful. He played above the pettiness that has soured so many Americans on Washington.
That all changed on Wednesday. Or at least that’s the politically perilous risk for the Garden State governor and presidential hopeful, after newly disclosed documents revealed one of his top aides vindictively tasking a transportation official to snarl traffic in a town whose mayor wouldn’t endorse her boss. The documents read like a caricature of government bureaucrats plotting to wreak havoc — not what Christie had in mind when he declared during his victory speech last year that Washington could learn a thing or two from Trenton.
“Time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee,” Bridget Anne Kelly, a deputy chief of staff, wrote in an Aug. 13 email, shortly after the town’s mayor declined to back Christie. Emails and other messages showed transportation and administration officials boasting with glee that they were ignoring the panicked pleas of Fort Lee officials wondering why their constituents couldn’t get to the heavily trafficked George Washington Bridge into New York City. When one official conceded feeling bad for the children, another shot back with seeming disdain for supporters of Christie’s failed Democratic opponent Barbara Buono: “They are the children of Buono voters.”
Until Wednesday, Christie had insisted his office never had any involvement in what staffers called a “traffic study,” even as two close allies he appointed to the Port Authority resigned in an attempt to spare him the distraction.
scott walker and mitch daniels are the strongest players on a very weak GOP bench, but they're smiling today.
