Across America, huh? Lucky we have boon mee with this breaking news story.
If it were an 'official' directive/order there would be official sources quoted, otherwise any tom, dick and moron could print one of these, plant it in the park, take a photo, post it on-line and then take it away again having fulfilled his wish to create shit which others believeQuote:

"Alex Dyke: BBC radio DJ suspended after complaining about ‘unnatural’ breastfeeding
A BBC radio DJ has been suspended after claiming on air that breastfeeding is “unnatural” and “has to be stopped”.
Alex Dyke, who broadcasts on Radio Solent, was later said to have attempted to defend his comments by arguing that “my point was, fat chavvy mums with their boobs out on buses isn’t a good look”. A petition has called for the “ill-educated misogynist” to be taken off air.
More than 6,600 people have signed the change.org petition. The BBC said that his comments were “unacceptable” and that the DJ would not present his show on Friday. It was unclear how long he would be suspended.
In his show, which was “not currently” available on its iPlayer web page, Mr Dyke said: “It is 2015. Ladies, mums, we don’t like breastfeeding in public, honestly we don’t.
“I experienced this yesterday. I was on a bus and there was a lady on this bus. She was quite a big girl and she had a toddler with her. She starts to breastfeed her baby on the bus. I didn’t know where to look. She’s putting me in an embarrassing situation.
“Breastfeeding is unnatural. I know its natural but it’s kind of unnatural.
We don’t want it in public. It was OK in the Stone Age, when we knew no better.”
“I blame the earth mothers – you know the ones I mean, the ones with the moustaches, the ones who work in libraries, the ones who wear hessian, the ones they’re always on Radio 4 on Women’s Hour [sic], they are always pushing the boundaries and making us feel uncomfortable.”
The petition, posted by Maisie Jameson, said: “There is already a stigma around breastfeeding, and we don’t need ill-educated misogynists like Alex Dyke to make it even more apparent.
“In fact he was right. We’re NOT in the Stone Age anymore – we’re in the 21st century.”

Obviously don't need the EPA as we've recently learned they poison rivers and dump 15,000 tons of hazerdous waste down mine shafts, eh?

So, you take one negative example and disregard thousands of good ones. See, BM - that's why no-one takes you seriously.Quote:

A bit childish there, BM . . .
So, you believe the EPA has done nothing positive for the country and needs to be shelved . . .
I do not think agencies need to be shelved. Some add value and do stop the dirty slim balls but how much is too much? That is one thing that has never been addressed. We are to the point we have agencies watching agencies. How efficient is that? And let us not forget. With more agencies you usually end up with more corruption. Its just how it all works.Quote:

Obviously, pro-life is offensive. You are allowed only one point of view.
"Nevada girl is calling out her high school after it banned her pro-life club while allowing other clubs, such as the gay-straight alliance.
Junior Angelique Clark spoke with The Daily Caller News Foundation in an interview, calling her school “unfair” for the double standard.
“I think it’s unfair mostly because the administration thinks it’s up to their opinion,” she told TheDCNF. “Because they don’t like the idea of a pro-life club, you can’t have it. It’s not up to the principal or the vice principal to say ‘I personally agree with you or don’t agree with you so you can’t have this club.’ I think it’s unfair because they obviously didn’t have that bias against the other clubs.”
Clark told TheDCNF that her school, the West Career and Technical Academy, has a gay-straight alliance club, chess club, Bible club, anime club, and others but won’t allow her pro-life club. She has about 25 people who already want to join.
When Clark requested to start the club in December of 2014, she says the school administrators dragged their feet.
When she finally got a meeting with the administration, the vice principal told her she couldn’t have the club because it was too “controversial”and that people would feel left out. She was also told that others were “more qualified” than her to speak on the subject."

There's something waaaay outa whack going on in America these days...:chitown:
The EPA sure knows how to protect the environment, eh?

It's an unfortunate accident, but it should make anyone sensible wonder why the original mine owners did not clean up their mess but instead left it in a place where it could spill into a waterway or seep into an aquifer.
But of course idiots like you never consider that to be relevant. You just parrot the Koch suckers line....
"EPA bad! Koch Brothers good!".
You really are gullible Booners.

Got a real doozy of an example where the Nanny State out of control again:
DETROIT – A suburban Detroit official is trying to extinguish the use of personal flamethrowers, which are being sold online by two Midwest companies, in his city.
The companies, located in the Detroit area and Cleveland, claim their devices can be used for recreation or to control weeds and insect hives, clear snow and ice, clear brush and start a bonfire.
Warren Mayor Jim Fouts calls the proposed uses “pretty specious” and “silly,” the Detroit Free Press (A right to own flamethrowers? Warren mayor wants them banned ) reported. Fouts wants to ban the storage, use and possession of flamethrowers in Warren because he believes the devices are dangerous and could damage property and cause house fires, injury or death.
“You know something like this will be used by bad people for bad things,” Fouts said, adding that he thought it was “unthinkable” such a device would be sold to the general public."
